On December 3, 2021, D. William Pumphrey, Jr., Executive Vice President and President, Global Automotive and ISG, notified Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to retire from the Company, effective December 31, 2021.

Mr. Pumphrey is entitled to retirement benefits pursuant to previously disclosed compensation plans.
